The book introduces research-based art projects Project DISPLACED(2018) in the Philippines that Jun Matsuyama had participated in and his work created from his researches on post-disaster area in Tohoku, Japan – Meadow after waves(2022). The book reveals stories of the locals and social issues arising from natural disasters on the very different countries between Japan and the Philippines.
